In order to carry out warranty service of the goods, you need to present to the store's representative a receipt for payment of the goods, a passport of the product.

Terms of guarantee:

1. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. The service life is 10 years.

3. In the case of the acquisition of discounted furniture claims for quality and appearance are not accepted.

4. Deficiencies of the products revealed during the warranty period and through the fault of the manufacturer will be eliminated by the Service Department free of charge.

5. Claims for the appearance of the product, incomplete, as well as order inconsistencies are accepted only directly upon delivery. In the future, such claims are not accepted, all work is carried out only at the expense of the buyer.

6. Warranty service is carried out within 15 days from the delivery of the product for production and includes the carrying out of repair work and replacement of defective parts of the product.

Warranty service is not carried out in the following cases:

1. End of the warranty period.

2. Failure to meet the operating conditions.

3. presence of mechanical damages on the product.

4. Exceeding the permissible loads on the transformation mechanism.

5. Damage to the product or its loss due to force majeure (elements, fire, flood, accidents, etc.).

6. Damage to the product as a result of intentional or erroneous actions of the consumer.

7. Damage to the product caused by ingress of foreign objects, liquids, animals, insects, etc.

8. presence of traces of extraneous interference into the product or repair of the product itself or by organizations, enterprises or individuals not authorized by the manufacturer.

9. Damage to the product as a result of changes in its design.

10. Use of the product for production purposes.


Return of the Goods of the proper quality is possible in the case if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, and also a document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the said goods. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods of good quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, under the following conditions:

factory packaging is not damaged, factory labels, stickers;

preserved presentation and consumer properties;

the goods were unused, not assembled (assembled)

availability of settlement document.

The return is made at the expense of the buyer, in the event of an exchange under warranty obligations - at the expense of the online store.

Return of goods of inadequate quality purchased in the online store:

Under the commodity of inadequate quality is meant a commodity that is not able to provide its functional qualities through significant deficiencies (with the presence of defects).

The goods that were manufactured under the individual order are not refundable: furniture with a choice of fabric, cabinet furniture of non-standard sizes, etc.
